Senior Project Manager

Program Delivery & Governance

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex infrastructure and cybersecurity programs
• Ensure milestone-driven delivery aligned with contractual commitments
• Drive governance cadence, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication

Program & Workstream Management

• Manage multiple parallel workstreams and integrated program plans
• Maintain master trackers, RAID logs, and delay registers
• Ensure proactive resolution of dependencies and blockers

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with stakeholders across business, IT, InfoSec, and vendor ecosystem
• Manage escalations, approvals, and executive-level interactions

Risk, Contract & Financial Control

• Identify risks, delays, and contractual exposure proactively
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and compliance
• Protect revenue realization and milestone billing

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and governance artifacts
• Maintain complete documentation for audits and contractual references

Leadership

• Drive internal governance and team accountability
• Lead reviews, track progress, and escalate issues with impact clarity

Functional Skills

• Program & Project Management (enterprise scale)
• Microsoft Project, Advanced Excel, RAID & Risk Management
• Governance reporting and financial tracking
• Strong understanding of contracts and milestone-based delivery

• Data Center Infrastructure

• Cybersecurity Solutions

• Disaster Recovery (DR)

• Network, Compute & Security environments

Experience Required

• 15–18 years in IT Infrastructure / Cybersecurity / Transformation
• Minimum 7 years in Program / Large Project Management
• Experience in Datacenter, DR, and Cybersecurity deployments
• UAE / Middle East experience preferred

Qualifications & Certifications

• BE / BTech / B.Sc (IT or equivalent)

• PMP & ITIL (Mandatory)

• PgMP (Good to have)
