Our Project Management team acts as the owner’s advocate, providing end-to-end project oversight and ensuring every decision protects our clients’ interests.

We deliver successful outcomes on complex developments, offering integrated technical oversight, strategic guidance, and proactive risk management across residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and energy projects.

We support projects of all sizes and procurement models, from Design-Build and Construction Management to complex P3/AFP delivery.

Our adaptable professionals combine engineering expertise with meticulous scheduling and risk practices to optimize performance, enhance value, and keep every project on track.

Our Project Management team is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join them in Alberta (Calgary or Edmonton).

What You Get To Do

Manage the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
Monitor change management processes and workflows.
Attend all required meetings including working groups, design coordination, and governance meetings.
Prepare meeting packages including agendas, minutes, action logs and decision items.
Monitor change management protocols throughout the project phases.
Ensuring project deadlines are met through clear communication and follow-up on project plans, schedules, and action items.
