Senior Project Manager - Complex Buildings

A background in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and integrating cost, schedule, procurement, health and safety, reporting, quality and planning.

This includes supporting the development of project briefs, delivery strategies, and business case development, governance and gateway approvals.

Contract administration (NEC4 Project Manager / JCT Employer’s Agent) and contractor coordination using established processes and standard forms of contract.

Comfortable building strong client and stakeholder relationships within complex organisational environments.

Including leading project meetings and managing internal and external communications with confidence.

Managing project schedules, risks and opportunities, and reporting clearly to clients, stakeholders and project boards.
