Job Description
The Senior Project Manager works in the ANZ Special Ops team as an in-house consultant.
The role solves complex operational problems from scoping through delivery and embeds results into business-as-usual operations.
Projects span multiple departments and require cross-functional communication, analytical problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Contract and Location
- This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based at the Chippendale, Sydney head office.
- The role operates in a hybrid working environment and reports to the Associate Director, Special Ops.
What You Will Do
- Lead and manage complex operational and strategic initiatives aligned with HelloFresh's strategic objectives.
- Develop projects that positively affect teams, products, customers, suppliers, revenue, and costs.
- Work with senior management, C-suite, and global stakeholders on innovation and scaling projects.
- Assess product and project feasibility with product managers and operations champions.
- Scope operations, monitor implementation, plan roadmaps, and continuously improve processes and tools.
- Share implementation best practices and market performance insights with global stakeholders.
