Responsibilities
- Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of multi million dollar greenfield and brownfield projects
- Manage brownfield projects on previously developed land for industrial or commercial purposes
- Oversee greenfield projects from site preparation through to facility handover
- Lead selection, onboarding, and management of EPC firms, general contractors, and equipment vendors
- Ensure seamless transition from construction to steady state manufacturing operations
- Collaborate with automation, tooling, and process engineers to design and layout manufacturing lines
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of new manufacturing equipment
- Establish comprehensive project charters, work breakdown structures, and change control processes
- Develop detailed cost estimates, track CapEx cash flows, manage contingency funds, and provide financial forecasts
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Civil Engineering, or closely related technical field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience within an EPC, Construction, industrial, automotive, or heavy manufacturing environment
- Direct experience managing both greenfield construction and/or brownfield construction
- Strong foundational experience as a Manufacturing or Process Engineer
- Knowledge of plant layouts, equipment installation, and industrial utilities

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end execution of multi million dollar greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Manage brownfield projects on previously developed land.
- Oversee greenfield projects from site preparation to final handover.
- Lead contractor and vendor management including EPC firms.
- Ensure operational readiness and seamless transition to manufacturing.
- Collaborate on equipment and line design with engineering teams.
- Oversee commissioning and qualification of new equipment.
- Establish scope and risk management using PMP methodologies.
- Maintain financial accountability with cost estimates and forecasts.
Qualifications/Education/Certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Civil Engineering, or closely related technical field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
