Role Overview
The Senior Project Manager will lead high-rise residential and commercial tower projects from design through handover and closeout.
The role owns project delivery performance across cost, schedule, quality, budget, cash flow, risk, and stakeholder coordination.
Project Leadership
- Lead design management, constructability reviews, value engineering, cost optimization, tendering, contractor prequalification, bid evaluation, BOQs, and contract finalization.
- Lead construction execution, site progress, programme control, technical issue resolution, and contractor performance.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, internal project teams, and authorities.
Commercial and Controls
- Manage FIDIC contracts, variations, claims, Extensions of Time, and contractual correspondence.
- Establish project governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and project-control processes.
- Provide senior management with project, cost, schedule, and risk updates through progress meetings.
Role Requirements
- Experience leading high-rise residential and commercial tower projects through design, construction, handover, and closeout.
