Senior Project Manager

Provide overall management across multiple concurrently running structural steel projects, leading customer engagement, drawings and engineering approvals, project scheduling, and budget management from pre-construction through project completion.

Maintain strong client relationships and make strategic decisions impacting corporate profitability and ongoing client partnerships.

Act independently with proven industry judgment and high autonomy.

• Customer & Client Engagement: Cultivate strong client relations, manage expectations, and act as the primary point of contact across all assigned active projects.
• Engineering & Drawings Approvals: Oversee and expedite the approval process for shop drawings, submittals, and engineering RFIs to maintain critical project timelines.
• Multi-Project Management: Simultaneously lead schedule, budget, and scope management for multiple structural steel construction projects rather than focusing on a single discipline.
• Scheduling: Maintain accurate schedule milestones throughout a project's lifecycle.
• Contracts & Financial Controls: Negotiate, award, execute, and enforce subcontracts; perform continuous cost-to-complete reviews with Superintendents to ensure profitability within approved budgets.
