General Description
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of design-build and engineer-procure-construct projects.
Project Execution
- Manage and administer the prime contract.
- Oversee engineering and design teams.
- Oversee procurement, scheduling, and construction management teams.
- Direct and coordinate the field office.
- Manage and administer construction subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Coordinate all facets of project execution.
Requirements
- Ability to manage all aspects of design-build and engineer-procure-construct project execution.
- Ability to administer the prime contract, construction subcontracts, and purchase orders.
- Ability to oversee engineering, design, procurement, scheduling, and construction management teams.
- Ability to direct and coordinate a project field office.
