Position Overview

  • We are looking for a high caliber, bilingual Arabic & English Project Manager to oversee end to end execution of medium to large scale initiatives in a fully remote capacity.
  • This pivotal role blends traditional IT project governance with structured change management.
  • The ideal candidate will serve as a primary liaison for key stakeholders, lead cross functional delivery teams, and drive organizational alignment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Project Lifecycle Management: Lead, plan, and execute multiple medium to large scale IT projects, guaranteeing delivery within scope, timeline, and budget parameters.
  • PMO Alignment: Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to map out project scopes, resource allocation, milestone durations, and cost estimates.
  • Tooling & Best Practices: Oversee day to day delivery using standard project management frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, issue logs, and risk registers).
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, complexities, and potential bottlenecks to safeguard business continuity.
  • People Centric Change: Apply structured change management methodologies to navigate and ease the people related impact of new systems and processes.
  • Communication Strategy: Design and execute tailored change communication plans to drive high stakeholder engagement and technology adoption.
  • Trusted Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for stakeholders, aligning deliverables with overarching business priorities.
  • Feedback Resolution: Coordinate efficiently with internal engineering and business teams to resolve feedback, optimize resource deployment, and unblock tasks.
  • Satisfaction Tracking: Formulate and conduct stakeholder surveys to gather performance insights and maintain top tier service satisfaction.
  • People Development: Provide clear direction, mentorship, and support to cross functional team members to cultivate a high performance culture.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish clear KPIs, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor team performance against project milestones.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline. An MBA or equivalent master's degree is highly preferred.
  • Certifications (Preferred): PMP/PRINCE2, PMI RMP, PgMP or TOGAF.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management, including at least 2 years in a defined leadership or team management role.
  • Native or fluent Arabic speaker with flawless professional English communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Agile/Waterfall management tools, specifically Jira and MS Project.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, critical thinking, and dispute resolution skills.

Employment Terms & Compensation

  • Work Setup: 100% Remote / Work from Home.
  • Joining Timelines: Immediate Joiners only.
  • Compensation: Up to 25,000 AED per month (Fixed, all inclusive monthly rate).
  • Contractual Note: This is a remote consultant/contractual engagement. Company visa sponsorship and medical insurance are not provided.
