- Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation plans
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, company standards, and quality objectives
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and financial reporting
- Identify project risks and challenges and implement proactive solutions to minimize impact
- Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and provide regular updates to senior management
- Ensure all project activities comply with local regulations, health and safety requirements, and industry best practices
- Mentor and guide project teams to achieve high levels of performance and productivity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long term business success
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of proven Project Management experience within the United Arab Emirates
- Demonstrated experience managing medium to large scale projects from concept to handover
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, planning techniques, budgeting, and contract administration
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision making skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities in a multicultural environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- PMP Certification or equivalent project management qualification is highly preferred
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
