- At least one end to end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation
- Experience managing enterprise scale projects, budgets, vendors, and stakeholders

- We are hiring a Senior Project Manager – HR Technology to lead enterprise HR Technology programs, drive digital transformation initiatives, and manage end to end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors and related HR platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end HR Technology projects from planning to deployment
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Partner with HR, Business Leaders, and Technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives
- Drive digitalization, AI, and automation across HR processes

- SAP SuccessFactors (Mandatory): Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation
- Additional Technologies: SAP BTP & Integration Suite, SAP Joule & AI Solutions, APIs, CPI & Middleware, Microsoft Power Platform, Chatbots, RPA & Automation Platforms
Required Experience
- 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience in IT or HR Technology
- 5+ years delivering HR Technology projects and transformations
- 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
- At least one end to end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation
- Experience managing enterprise scale projects, budgets, vendors, and stakeholders
