- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or related field
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
- Prior experience in financial services or investment management in GCC region preferred

Role Description
- This part time Senior Project Manager role at Owais Capital is a hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home.
- The Senior Project Manager will oversee end to end project lifecycles, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management to ensure timely and cost effective delivery.
- The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners, tracking progress against milestones, and resolving issues that could impact scope, budget, or timeline.
- The Senior Project Manager will supervise expediting and logistics activities, review inspection reports, and ensure that project documentation and reporting are accurate and up to date.
- The role also includes continuous improvement of project processes, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to strategic decision making for key initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong project leadership skills, including advanced Project Management expertise in planning, execution, monitoring, and risk management.
- Proficiency in Expeditor and Expediting functions to manage order follow up, vendor coordination, and timely delivery of project materials and services.
- Experience with Inspection activities, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Solid Logistics Management capabilities to coordinate transportation, scheduling, and warehousing for project related materials and equipment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to reporting and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field; relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred.
- Prior experience in financial services, investment management, or a related sector in the GCC region is considered an advantage.
