- Proven experience in project management, with several years in a senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI ACP, or equivalent certification is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
