- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and support mentoring of junior project staff
Requirements
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
- Experience with Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of project tasks and deliverables
- Knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate resources, workflows, and dependencies across teams and vendors
- Inspection experience to review work products, validate quality, and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Proven experience managing complex, multi stakeholder marketing or digital projects in an agency or similar environment
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar) and collaboration platforms
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are a plus

Role Description
