Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Senior Project Manager.
• The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing, planning, and coordinating project activities to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
• Key responsibilities include expediting processes, managing logistics operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting inspections, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project efficiency and quality standards.
• The role will require dynamic leadership and continuous interaction with diverse stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• What you will own
• Cross-functional coordination across product, compliance, marketing, partnerships, and business development - with clear status visibility across all of them at all times
• Able's operational stack: project tracking, decision logs, meeting cadences, escalation paths, and accountability frameworks
• The weekly operating rhythm with the founding team - prepare, facilitate, and drive follow-through on decisions
• External stakeholder relationships: legal counsel, advisors, technology partners, and key vendors - with full ownership of timelines on our side
• Cross-functional delivery of high-stakes milestones: product launches, partnership signings, and investor reporting cycles
• Identifying execution risks before they surface as problems and building systems to close the gaps

Requirements

• 8+ years of project or program management, with a track record of owning complex, multi-workstream delivery
• At least 3 years inside a regulated fintech, payments, or financial services company
• Direct experience working alongside a founder or C-suite in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment
• Excellent written communication - your briefs and status updates are clear, precise, and require minimal editing
• Strong stakeholder management across technical, legal, and commercial counterparts simultaneously
• Experience building operational infrastructure from scratch rather than inheriting it
• Nice to have
• Background in Web3, DeFi, stablecoin, or blockchain infrastructure
• Familiarity with ADGM, FSRA, or VARA regulatory frameworks
• Experience in shariah-compliant financial products or Islamic fintech
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent senior-level certification
• Experience hiring and managing operations staff
• Arabic language fluency
