Role Overview
Celcom Solutions Global is hiring a Senior Project Manager for enterprise-scale client implementations and multi-workstream programs.
The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and covers the financial services and capital markets domain.
Requirements
- Experience in the financial services or capital markets domain is mandatory.
- Candidates should have 8 to 13 years of experience.
- Candidates should be willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of concurrent enterprise-scale client implementations and multi-workstream programs.
- Act as the primary executive contact and chair client steering committees.
- Align delivery with strategic goals and manage client executive relationships.
- Own project baselines, budgets, resource planning, forecast-to-complete, and scope change controls.
- Drive RAID management, resolve critical escalations, and align Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
- Mentor project managers and coordinators and improve PMO governance, templates, and delivery standards.
