Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end interior fit-out projects from planning to handover.
Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, resources, and site activities.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress, quality, safety, cost, and timelines.
Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications and ensure execution meets approved standards.
Manage multiple project teams and provide technical and operational guidance.
Identify project risks, resolve site issues, and support timely decision-making.
Monitor billing, variations, procurement, and material requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project requirements.
Conduct site and project review meetings and submit progress reports to management.
Ensure timely completion, snag clearance, testing, commissioning, and final handover.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
10–15+ years of relevant experience in commercial or corporate interior fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of civil, finishing, MEP coordination, and interior execution.
Strong project planning, team management, client coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of project schedules, BOQ, billing, procurement, and cost control.
Ability to manage multiple projects or sites and travel across India as required.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
