Role overview
Manage projects from start to finish, including action planning, fixed timelines, and risk evaluation.
Lead IT service management and managed-services transition activities.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct monthly service reviews, coordinate CAB activities, and manage escalations.
- Track transition milestones, maintain the risk register, and produce weekly status reports.
- Prepare monthly service, hypercare, and Y1.1, Y1.2, and Y1.4 review reports.
- Run continual-improvement programs, benchmarking, and post-incident reviews.
- Manage CA relationships, coordinate specialist providers, and support client satisfaction.
Experience required
- At least 7 years of IT service management experience.
- At least 3 years of service delivery management experience in managed services.
- Experience with two or more similar transition engagements.
- Experience managing people and working effectively with teams.
- Effective communication skills.
Mandatory certifications
- ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification is mandatory.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
Preferred certifications
- ITIL 4 Strategic Leader certification is preferred.
- Certified Service Manager certification is preferred.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
- Certified ScrumMaster certification is preferred.
