Senior Project Manager

Minimum 8–10 years of experience managing complex enterprise IT infrastructure projects.

Demonstrated experience successfully delivering projects involving several of the following technologies:

Enterprise Routing & Switching

Campus & Core Networking

Data Center Infrastructure

Firewalls

Network Security

Secure Access

Wireless Infrastructure

SD-WAN

Network Modernization

Unified Communications

VoIP

Microsoft Teams Voice

Cisco Collaboration

Infrastructure Refresh Projects

Enterprise Technology Migrations

Experience simultaneously managing multiple enterprise infrastructure projects ranging from $100K to multi-million-dollar engagements.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams across networking, security, cloud, collaboration, and data center practices.

Experience managing executive-level customer communications.

Ability to translate highly technical concepts into business language for executive stakeholders.

Exceptional risk management and issue resolution skills.

Strong understanding of infrastructure deployment methodologies, implementation sequencing, maintenance windows, and production cutovers.

Demonstrated history of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.

Strong consultative approach to customer engagement.

Experience identifying project risks before they become customer issues.

Ability to balance customer expectations with delivery excellence.

AWS Cloud Practitioner

Agile/Scrum certification
