Responsibilities
- Track and follow up on end to end invoice status with PMC consultant and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with invoicing procedures
- Maintain and reconcile invoice registers, highlighting delays, mismatches, or overdue payments
- Coordinate with Projects Control Team, Contracts, and Project Managers to clear invoice bottlenecks
- Report any delay/red flags to Manager VAP & Estimation on a weekly basis
- Develop and maintain the staffing plan, ensuring alignment with approved manpower plans
- Monitor resource deployment, availability, mobilization, and demobilization across AOF projects following approved resource management procedures
- Identify resource shortages/excess and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with PMC and internal teams for compliance with diversity, competency, and resource allocation requirements
- Lead the creation and automation of dashboards and performance reports using Excel, Power BI, and agentic AI tools
- Integrate project, staffing data, invoice metrics, and resource deployment into unified dashboards for leadership visibility
- Improve data quality and ensure structured reporting (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Analyze performance trends, forecast manpower needs, and support cost/performance optimization
Requirements
- Overall 15 years of experience in oil and gas industry
- Minimum 5 8 years’ experience in offshore projects having engineering experience worked on mega projects
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a MUST
- Previous experience with ADNOC projects is an added advantage

Job Description
- KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions provides holistic and value added solutions across the entire asset life cycle.
- We are actively seeking to fill a PMC role for a Senior Project Engineer – VAP & Performance for an Offshore Client to be based Client Office (HQ) in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
