Senior Project Engineer

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the administrative and technical management of F projects.

The Senior Project Manager acts as the primary bridge between the executive leadership, the client, and the field operations.

• Have thorough knowledge and understanding of the services offered by client & all parties involved and use it for effective project delivery.
• Take ownership and successfully deliver on the varied requirements of multiple projects running simultaneously.
• Supervise all activities related to project management, change orders, submittals, and other project engineering tasks.
• Directly supervise and train all team members assigned to project engineering vertical across different tiers.
• Schedule and facilitate all project meetings required to successfully coordinate work activity
• Train and develop direct reports utilized on the job and internal and external training for development opportunities
• Have thorough knowledge of all major project issues and priorities; prepare and submit weekly job status reports. Timely reporting on specific time/estimate/quality related issues for prompt resolution.
• Maintain thorough quality assurance / control standards & protocols across the company and individual projects.
• Provide general administrative and technical leadership for the project. Maintain all project records and monitor correspondence
• Be the primary point of contact for initial estimating efforts of new projects in terms of hours & resources required for successful projects’ execution.
