REQUIREMENTS:
- Main Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field of study and four (4) years of experience as a Project Engineer or related role where required experience gained.
- Special Skills: Also requires experience in the following:
- Demonstrated experience with U.S., Canadian, and other International product safety standards (Primarily focused on ANSI, CSA, UL, EN, IEC and equivalent);
- Defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions;
- Interpreting an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form (Read/analysis of schematics to determine power flow and spacing requirements);
- Dealing with several abstract and concrete variables (Primarily focused on independent variables that will impact results of testing);
- Making technical decisions and engineering judgments independently within established parameters.
