Role Overview
Seeks a hands-on Senior Project Engineer specializing in Lutron lighting control, hospitality, and automation solutions.
The engineer will take technical ownership of projects from requirements analysis and design through programming, integration, commissioning, training, documentation, and handover.
The primary requirement is strong hands-on Lutron expertise, with additional value placed on GRMS, BAS, HVAC controls, and third-party integrations.
Lutron Project Delivery
- Design and engineer Lutron solutions from project specifications, drawings, and customer requirements.
- Perform Lutron product selection, programming, configuration, addressing, startup, testing, commissioning, diagnostics, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare control philosophies, sequences, automation logic, system architecture, BOQ/BOMs, quantity take-offs, calculations, estimates, and technical proposals.
- Review IFC drawings, lighting layouts, load schedules, and sequences of operation.
- Prepare shop drawings, schematics, wiring and riser diagrams, submittals, method statements, testing documents, O&M manuals, and as-built documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, OEMs, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
