Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee Fire & Life Safety projects from initiation to completion
- Supervise site teams, including supervisors, technicians, and helpers
- Review project specifications, prepare cost estimates, and support project planning and scheduling
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality standards
- Manage material submissions, spare parts requirements, and project documentation
- Prepare project reports and support project execution plans
- Ensure compliance with QHSE policies, safety regulations, and UAE Fire & Life Safety standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience managing Fire & Life Safety (FLS) projects in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of Fire Protection Systems, Integrated ELV Systems, and relevant UAE regulations
- Proven experience in project planning, site supervision, budgeting, and team management
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, safety, and client satisfaction
