Role Overview
Lead on-site execution for the Miracle Village development as a Senior Civil/Finishing Engineer.
Translate luxury concept designs into built reality across indoor spaces, outdoor thematic pavilions, hardscaping, and architectural facade detailing.
The role requires at least 10 years of UAE-based experience in high-end fit-out, landscaping structures, and architectural finishing.
Execution and Site Supervision
- Lead the full life cycle of fit-out, architectural detailing, and indoor and outdoor finishing works.
- Execute work in accordance with approved shop drawings and MEP and structural interfaces.
- Manage execution with a focus on superior craft, budget discipline, and rapid turnaround.
Materials and Cost Optimization
- Source, inspect, and approve cladding, decorative plaster, natural stone, composite woods, architectural metals, luxury lighting fixtures, and outdoor finishes.
- Select materials that withstand UAE climate conditions without compromising aesthetic appeal.
- Review BOQs, project specifications, and vendor quotations to implement cost-efficient alternatives and procurement strategies.
Subcontractors and Approvals
- Directly oversee joinery, thematic facade, MEP, hardscaping, and decorative subcontractors.
- Enforce snag-free workmanship, tight daily schedules, and precise milestone completions.
- Coordinate with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, and relevant master developers for permits, inspections, and final handover certificates.
Quality Assurance
- Establish clear site mock-ups and hold points for surface finishes as part of quality assurance and quality control.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of UAE-based experience in high-end fit-out, landscaping structures, and architectural finishing.
- Experience executing indoor spaces, outdoor thematic pavilions, hardscaping, and architectural facade detailing.
- Ability to work with approved shop drawings and coordinate MEP and structural interfaces.
- Experience sourcing, inspecting, and approving architectural and outdoor finishing materials for UAE climate conditions.
- Experience managing subcontractors and enforcing quality, schedule, and milestone requirements.
- Knowledge of Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, and master developer approval processes.
