Senior Project Engineer (Civil)

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Civil to join our construction team in the UAE.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating civil construction activities and ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members.
• Monitor project progress against the approved construction schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure required quality standards are maintained.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records, inspection requests, and related documentation.
• Coordinate material requirements according to the project schedule.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, and subcontractor performance.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and company requirements.
• Assist with quantity measurements, BOQ verification, variations, and material reconciliation.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates regarding progress and site requirements.
• Coordinate testing, inspections, and required approvals.
• Support snagging, project handover, and completion activities.
