Role Overview
Develop formwork concepts and engineering solutions that meet project requirements, safety standards, and company systems.
The role includes technical design, engineering calculations, client presentations, drawing production, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Engineering and Design
- Design special formwork in AutoCAD.
- Create formwork designs for customer presentations.
- Propose the most economical and technically effective solution.
- Conduct basic static calculations and advanced structural analysis.
- Produce material lists, offer drawings, and shop drawings.
Client and Project Coordination
- Assist Sales Engineers with site visits and client presentations.
- Prepare and present formwork solutions with technical explanations and value engineering proposals.
- Coordinate the timely delivery of shop drawings according to instructions.
- Coordinate with clients on technical issues.
- Coordinate with other involved departments.
