Pay Range: $85K/yr-$89K/yr

• Review and become familiar with the project documents, including contracts, plans, and specifications.
• Identify potential conflicts in the documents, generate requests for information, propose solutions, determine whether the RFI disposition will affect cost or schedule, and report to the Project Manager.
• Maintain and update project RFI log.
• Prepare and transmit submittal packages.
• Maintain and update project submittal log.
• Resolve submittal review comments to obtain approval.
• Determine quantities.
• Identify quantity changes resulting from events, including but not limited to client directives, owner directives, and design plan progression; review and approve agency design plan comments and conditions for approval.
