Parsons is seeking a Senior Project Director (Roads) Civils & Structures.
The role is a senior leadership position within the Roads and Highways team.
The position is accountable for planning, management, and successful delivery of Ring Road and associated civil and structural works.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction for the Ring Road roads, civils, and structures sector.
- Align delivery with development goals, mobility strategy, and programme objectives.
- Translate strategic goals into project scopes, phasing plans, and performance targets.
- Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and value creation in design and construction methodology.
- Oversee planning, concept design, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Ensure design and construction meet technical standards, regulatory requirements, safety, quality, and operational needs.
- Coordinate roads, bridges, tunnels, retaining structures, drainage, and utility corridors with other assets and sectors.
Requirements
- Ability to provide strategic direction for a roads, civils, and structures sector within a major transportation development.
- Ability to oversee planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover across the project lifecycle.
- Knowledge of technical standards, regulatory requirements, safety, quality, and long-term operational requirements for civil infrastructure.
- Ability to coordinate roads, bridges, tunnels, retaining structures, drainage, and utility corridors with other assets and sectors.
