Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 20 years of experience in the construction and project management industry.
- At least 12 years serving as an on-site manager overseeing daily operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- At least one completed Qatar Energy project.
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, complex mega building projects in a similar Senior Project Director capacity.
Required Capabilities
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent strategic, commercial, and communication skills.
