Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and timely control on project costs by trade and discipline
- Interact closely with Accounting, Cost Estimation, Procurement and Project Managers
- Ensure expenditures align with original budgets and forecast future expenses
- Provide regular reports to Management
- Issue company invoices and clear subcontractor/supplier invoices
- Spearhead issuance of Variation Orders when applicable
Requirements
- Holder of an engineering degree (preferably Mechanical or Electrical)
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, out of which at least 4 in a similar post
- Strong dexterity in using related software and tools
- Well exposed to MEP Contracting
- Self motivated and capable of delivering with minimal supervision

Job Overview
- The Sr Project Cost Control Engineer will maintain accurate and timely control on Project(s) costs by trade and by discipline with a clear vision of the Balance to Completion requirement.
- Interact closely with Accounting, Cost Estimation, Procurement and Project Managers(s) to ensure expenditures are aligned with original Budgets and to properly forecast expected future expenses.
- Provide regular reports to Management.
- Responsible for issuing company invoices and clearing subcontractor/supplier invoices.
- Spearhead issuance of Variation Orders whenever applicable.
