Role Overview
Parsons is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist for a high-profile project in Tabuk, KSA.
The role monitors cost, schedule, and performance metrics to help ensure project completion on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Track expenditures, commitments, and forecasts, and analyze variances against the approved baseline budget.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports on schedule status, cost performance, and key milestones.
- Assist with project risk identification and track change orders for cost and timeline impacts.
- Work with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather data and resolve schedule or cost discrepancies.
Required Qualifications
- At least 15 years of progressive experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, or cost estimation within construction or engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, IT, Finance, or a related discipline.
Desired Skills
- Proficiency with project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
