Senior Project Controls Manager

Job Description

Project Controls Leadership

• Lead the project controls strategy, governance, and integrated controls team.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, risk management, and change management.
• Monitor performance against schedule, budget, KPIs, and risk registers.

Contracts and Stakeholders

• Support FIDIC contract administration, including claims, extensions of time, variations, and contractor submissions.
• Manage interface coordination across contractors, authorities, operators, and project teams.
• Develop executive dashboards, reports, and performance assessments for senior stakeholders.

Digital Delivery and Closeout

• Ensure integration of BIM, digital delivery, and project controls systems.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover, and closeout activities.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related field.
• 15 or more years of project delivery experience.
• 10 or more years managing integrated project controls teams on major capital projects.
• Strong GCC or Saudi Arabia experience.
• Extensive knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims, risk, change, and commercial controls.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree is preferred.
• PMP, PSP, CCP, MRICS, FRICS, AACE, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
• Experience in sports venues, entertainment, infrastructure, aviation, or mixed-use developments is preferred.
