Role Overview
Join the infrastructure business as a Senior Project Controls Engineer supporting high-value rail and aviation projects.
Provide performance reporting and analysis support as part of a project controls team or as a key day-to-day client contact.
Duties
- Work with cost and planning engineers to develop work breakdown structures and robust performance baselines.
- Establish progress and cost monitoring methods.
- Produce project control reports and provide performance analysis and recommendations for clients.
Required Experience and Skills
- Demonstrated understanding or experience with earned value, progress updating, cost control, change control, baseline management, reporting, and a P6 environment.
- Be numerate and computer literate, with high competence in Microsoft Excel, planning software such as Primavera, and reporting databases.
- Be familiar with financial or procurement systems such as Oracle and SAP and with web-based project control tools.
- Typically hold a relevant graduate qualification with some relevant work experience, or have proven project control experience.
- Be proactive and self-starting with well-developed communication and analytical skills.
