Role overview
Sweco is seeking a Senior Project Controller with 8–12 years of experience.
The role supports project controls, financial reporting, scheduling, performance analysis, reporting automation and team development.
Education and experience
- Experience in project controls or project management is required.
- Relevant qualifications include B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, MBA, M.Tech, or PGDM in Project Management or Construction Management.
- Experience in design and engineering or project management consulting organizations is preferred.
- Team management experience is advantageous.
Project controls
- Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, cost baselines and financial reports.
- Monitor costs, schedules, milestones, deliverables and performance metrics to identify variances and risks.
- Perform cost variance, trend and Earned Value Analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Forecasting and commercial tracking
- Maintain estimate-to-complete and estimate-at-completion forecasts.
- Track changes, variations and claims and assess their financial impacts.
