Senior Project Controller

Prepare management information reports for site and office personnel incorporating both physical advances and financial data to engender a profit focused culture on projects

Support the proper use and implementation of the code of accounts on projects

Attend meetings, ensuring proper project meeting minutes are compiled and circulated

Compile and analyze trends obtained from site statistics and advise management of issues potentially impacting on policies, procedures, schedule, costs, project scope, risks and/or safety related issues

Participate in analyzing construction change orders and/or claims

Prepare and finalize the close-out reports, including maintaining historical costs and production information in a prescribed format

Maintain professional working relationships with management and client representatives

Maintain confidentiality with respect to Redpath and client information

If required to operate a company vehicle during the course of employment, must meet the requirements to be an eligible user of company vehicles.

Must possess a current Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record.

Responsible to keep work areas safe and free of hazards.

Performs Field Level Risk Assessments.

Must be able to comprehend written and verbal instructions as required to perform their duties in a safe and efficient manner.

Comply with daily, weekly and monthly safety directives, policies, and procedures.

Maintain confidentiality with respect to Redpath and client information.

Comply with and ensure compliance with Redpath’s Policies and Procedures as detailed in the appropriate manuals, handbooks, directives, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Able to work in excess of 40 hours a week, overtime, day shift, weekends, holidays and shift rotations.
