Project Controls Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and specialized assistance for complex project control and cost control problems.
- Analyze and forecast status against baseline schedules and budgets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly cost tracking reports and project projections.
- Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor progress and perform Earned Value Management using EV, EAC, and ETC.
- Participate in project reviews and explain variances and justifications.
Project and Team Support
- Support the Project Director in reviewing and finalizing the business plan.
- Complete performance reviews for direct reports and support personnel development.
- Customize project control systems to meet specific project requirements.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure costs are properly charged and visible.
Scheduling and Cost Scope
- Develop and maintain schedules for construction and design projects.
