Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Architect, located in the United Arab Emirates.
The Senior Project Architect will oversee architectural design, manage project documentation and submittals, and lead cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
The role will involve coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
Additionally, the architect will be responsible for implementing sustainability practices and advanced design technologies like BIM and LEED certifications.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Architecture and Project Management, with the ability to oversee all design and project execution phases
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies and tools
- Understanding and application of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles for sustainability-focused projects
- Excellent skills in managing and reviewing Submittals, drawings, and project documentation
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination abilities to guide cross-disciplinary teams
- Proficiency in local and international building codes and regulations is preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional licensure/certification as an architect is an advantage
