Role Overview
Serve as a technical leader advancing CCV digital platforms and ministry partners through software development and architectural excellence.
Design, build, and own end-to-end systems and projects across multiple technology stacks.
Core Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain complex applications and systems.
- Lead projects from requirements gathering through deployment and implementation.
- Address performance, scalability, technical debt, and security challenges.
- Implement CI/CD, automated testing, and Azure cloud deployments.
- Coach junior and mid-level developers and support team development.
- Manage incident resolution, documentation, coding standards, and technical practices.
Technical Expertise
- C#, Java, JavaScript, Swift, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, and Xamarin are listed technology areas.
- Azure Web Apps, Azure Virtual Machines, cloud-native development, MVC, MVVM, microservices, APIs, and RESTful services are required areas.
- Automated functional and non-functional regression testing, DevOps, build automation, and CI/CD are required areas.
- Unity Game Engine development is a plus.
