Key skills for this role
This is a great opportunity for you to join NFU Mutual as a Senior Programme Manager, where you’ll lead the successful delivery of a major multi-£million Change Programme.
Reporting to our Head of Group Change, and in conjunction with the Sponsor and other key stakeholders, you’ll help us digitise our systems and deliver a faster General Insurance sales process. This will be achieved through the creation of products and process design components that enable more dynamic, tailored customer journeys that support both a better customer experience and our sustainable growth objectives. You’ll lead the team to deliver our digitisation aspirations, meet IT architectural goals and establish a sustainable operating platform for ongoing development and integration.
To ensure the people working on the programme know what’s expected of them, and to maximise their contribution, you’ll lead, motivate and demonstrate the attitudes and energy required to drive a Change Programme that will revolutionise our business. This role is based in our Tiddington Head Office, just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. However, we understand how important a positive work-life balance is, so to help you give your best, we offer great facilities when you want to be in an office environment and support to work up to 80% of your hours from home.
