Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Create monthly/quarterly operating/expense status reports for management and government client review.
- Assist in the forecasting of sales and profit.
- Assist in strategic business planning.
- Assist in the process of program responses to Request for Proposals including program specific internal/external research and proposal development process and the gathering of financial data.
- Coordinate with Human Resources for holistic human resource support in support of Program Management Office and sites.
- Coordinate with corporate contracts administrators to establish teaming agreement and sub-contracts.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Require a Bachelor’s degree; preferably in business administration or similar field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Prior Program Analyst experience or operations officer experience preferred.
- Require above average interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; exercising tact, diplomacy, courtesy and good judgment in interactions with all levels of employees and clients.
- Require strong competencies in the Microsoft Office Suite of tools with a heavy emphasis in MS Excel.
- Must be able to prioritize work, complete multiple tasks simultaneously and work under deadlines.
- Must be able to follow written and verbal directions.
- Must be able to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
- Must have solid problem-solving and data organizational skills, with meticulous and precise work habits.
