Senior Program Manager-UP

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own end-to-end program delivery across launch and mature districts — covering AWW mapping, beat coverage, activation, and training completion targets.
• Lead and mentor a team of Program Managers and District Coordinators; build their capacity through structured skill-building and regular coaching.
• Drive learning outcome improvement for AWWs — including KAP (Knowledge, Attitude, Practice) assessments in digital literacy, SEL, and early numeracy.
• Manage government relationships at the district and block level; support champion officer engagement and work toward program institutionalisation.
• Ensure quality of parent program delivery — coverage, activation, and parent learning engagement metrics.
• Coordinate with central teams (Product, Finance, HR) as a SPOC for cross-functional initiatives, funder visits, and new pilots.
• Monitor group activity and content hygiene across TP WhatsApp groups; ensure DC-level monitoring is rigorous and consistent.
• Deliver monthly funder reports, maintain program documentation, and contribute to organisational learning.
