Job Description and Responsibilities: The Senior Program Manager will lead the Emerging Technologies Lab (ETL) team in support of critical Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) and US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) initiatives.

This position serves as the primary interface between the engineering team and the government customer, responsible for the overall management of the contract, budget, schedule, and personnel.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader capable of translating customer requirements into actionable tasks while driving program growth and ensuring exceptional team performance.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders, including USSOCOM PEOs, the Rapid Innovation Cell (RIC), and AFSOC directorates, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Manage all aspects of the contract, including scope, deliverables, modifications, and reporting. Lead the strategy and development of the contract follow-on effort.
• Oversee the program budget, manage funding lines, track expenditures, and ensure all efforts are executed within financial constraints.
• Lead and direct a team of highly specialized engineers, managing workloads, setting priorities, and ensuring the team is resourced to meet all objectives.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for program growth by aligning the team's unique capabilities with the stated priorities of AFSOC, ACCA, and the broader SOF community.
• Deliver regular, comprehensive status reports, financial updates, and performance reviews to both corporate leadership and government stakeholders.
