Job Description
The Senior Program Manager will lead implementation and scaling of telemedicine programs across Maharashtra.
The role provides strategic and technical support to the State Health Department and strengthens the eSanjeevani Telemedicine Program.
The position establishes and mentors a regional implementation team and supports program quality, efficiency, reach, and alignment with health priorities and telemedicine guidelines.
Overall Program Leadership
- Lead the Maharashtra telemedicine program and develop operational plans covering goals, timelines, budgets, staffing, and resources.
- Align operational plans with organizational strategy, donor requirements, and local health priorities.
