Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning and execution of engineering projects, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes, increase efficiency, and enhance team performance.
• Engineering Change Management: Manage the design process, manufacturing process and documentation throughout a project lifecycle.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks by proactively identifying potential issues, developing contingency plans, and implementing risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Communication and Reporting: Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders by providing regular project updates, status reports, and performance metrics. Present project status and key insights to senior management as needed.
