Senior Program Manager

Performs tasks requiring management of a small-scale project encompassing multiple tasks with a total lifecycle budget and complexity comparable to the task order at hand. Tasks may include formulating and defining system scope and objectives in accordance with the customer technical requirements; compiling and analyzing technical data; advising VA management and customers on complex system projects and activities; working closely with customers to define communication systems and equipment requirements; providing instruction on and performing and documenting quality assurance reviews. Minimum Qualifications:

• Eight (8) years of experience in performing tasks identified above. (Higher rating may be given for more than fifteen (15) years of experience managing multiple projects somewhat relevant to the organization’s scope as defined by this solicitation.)

• Bachelor’s Degree. (Higher rating may be given for bachelor’s degree in related field, such as business management, project management operations management, Computer Science, etc. or for master’s degree in related field. Higher rating may also be given for professional licensure in the fields of project management Position is located in Frederick, MD
