Role Description
- The Senior Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs and initiatives across MINERIA LED E ACESSÓRIOS LTDA TYRI LIGHTS.
- This part time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a mix of on site collaboration and work from home flexibility.
- Day to day responsibilities include defining program scope and objectives, developing timelines and budgets, coordinating cross functional teams, and monitoring progress against key milestones.
- The Senior Program Manager will manage risks and dependencies, prepare status reports for leadership, and ensure that projects align with business goals and quality standards.
- The role also involves stakeholder communication, process improvement, and supporting change management activities to ensure successful implementation and adoption of program outcomes.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated program and project management experience, including planning, execution, risk management, and performance tracking.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical, commercial, and operations teams.
- Experience coordinating cross functional initiatives, preferably in manufacturing, industrial lighting, or related sectors.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a part time schedule, and operate effectively in a hybrid work environment in Dubai.
- Analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify issues, and recommend practical solutions.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methods (e.g., Gantt charts, dashboards, status reporting; familiarity with Agile or PMI methodologies is an advantage).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are a plus.
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments and comfort with English as a working language; additional languages are beneficial.
