Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large scale strategic programs
- Define program objectives, timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage multiple cross functional projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business goals
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and executive stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues
- Monitor program performance and prepare regular progress reports for senior leadership
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in program management
- Ensure effective resource planning and budget management
- Facilitate communication, governance meetings, and stakeholder engagement
- Mentor project managers and support team development
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of program or project management experience, including leadership of complex initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or related field
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent project and program management capabilities
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and resources
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar
- Professional certification such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent highly preferred
- Experience managing enterprise level or digital transformation programs an advantage
- Previous experience in the UAE or GCC region preferred
