Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple strategic programs and projects
- Define program goals, timelines, budgets, and success metrics
- Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure project alignment and effective execution
- Monitor program performance, risks, and dependencies while implementing mitigation strategies
- Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular status updates to senior leadership
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across program activities
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Mentor project managers and team members to promote best practices and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, or similar leadership role
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum are highly preferred
- Experience managing enterprise wide initiatives and transformation programs is an advantage
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
