Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple strategic programs and complex projects from initiation to completion
- Develop program strategies, roadmaps, timelines, and execution plans
- Coordinate cross functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners
- Monitor program performance, risks, budgets, and delivery milestones
- Identify challenges and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance metrics
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership
- Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
- Ensure successful delivery of business objectives and program outcomes
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management roles
- Proven experience managing large scale initiatives and strategic programs
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision making skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on business outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar are highly desirable

About the Role
- We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Program Manager to lead complex programs, drive cross functional initiatives, and deliver business critical projects successfully.
- In this role, you’ll oversee large scale programs from planning through execution, manage stakeholder relationships, optimize resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
